About Us

The Barrington Soccer Club a volunteer run organization affiliated with

New Jersey Youth Soccer. We offer recreational and competitive soccer

for boys and girls ages 5 and up. Fun, fitness, and family are what we're

all about. Our recreational league focuses on teaching the fundamentals

of soccer in a friendly, relaxed environment. In this league the focus is

on enjoying the game not winning it. Each team is made up of both boys

and girls and is coached by one to two parent volunteers. This offers a

great opportunity for parents to become more actively involved in their

child's soccer experience.

For the more serious player of the game we also offer separate

competitive leagues for boys and girls of select ages. Once again the

focus is on enjoying the game, but the competition is more intense. As

with our recreational league, teams are coached by parent volunteers.

However each head coach has been licensed to coach soccer. Tryouts

for our competitive teams are held several weeks prior to each season.
